I had a wonderful experience at this café! The food was lovely with plenty of nice options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was excellent, making the visit feel really welcoming. I ordered the Caesar salad for brunch and it was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A great spot for a relaxed meal I’ll definitely be coming back!

Such a gorgeous little cafe, run by a thoughtful and kind person and her wonderful staff. They went over and above checking that all the ingredients of the banana bread and the savoury dish I’d chosen would be ok for me and my food allergies. The shop is super cute and decorated in such a sweet way, it’s super cosy and clean, and the food is all handmade but to such an exceptional quality. The cakes are incredible, do yourself a favour and visit this incredible cafe xx

My husband and I had brunch here earlier today. Once again we were blown away by the fabulous food, extensive and varied menu, the friendly atmosphere and the beautiful decor. The attention to detail in this restaurant/cafe is outstanding and it is always a pleasure to visit here. We would highly recommend a visit here- it is so well worth it.

Beautiful and cosy café near Lake Derg. I was just in the mood for the wrap with beetroot and goat's cheese! But then... all the dolce, delicious cakes and sweets.... couldn't choose! Ended up getting some cake to go, just because they looked so delicious. The looks matched the taste. All home baked goodies.

Berry tree Cafè is a true hidden gem in East Clare, a place where beauty, flavour, and authenticity meet in perfect harmony. From the very first moment you step inside, the atmosphere wraps around you: cosy yet elegant, welcoming yet refined, the kind of place that feels like home while also giving you something unforgettable. The food here is simply… extraordinary. We have explored cafés all over Ireland, but none compare to the quality and freshness of what we’ve found here. Their dairy products are of the highest standard - creamy, rich, and full of flavour Brie, for instance - and their Italian prosciutto is delicate, refined, and so delicious. The sourdough bread is a masterpiece on its own: beautifully crusty on the outside, light and digestible on the inside, perfect for anything it’s served with. The sweet options are equally impressive. There are indulgent cakes and pastries, including wonderful wheat-free alternatives like the almond cake. The little date-and-peanut-butter balls deserve a special mention: so addictive that one is never enough - do yourself a favour and order several at once, because they truly disappear in no time. Every bite here speaks of freshness, care, and an uncompromising dedication to quality. And all of it is infused with the beauty and warmth of Cliona - so unique that, if she didn’t exist, one would have to invent her, as we say in Italy.

Went for a walk and saw this Café, it is one of the cutest spots I have ever seen, the food was amazing and I have to say I have never been amazed by a drinks menu before, I had to flip a coin many times to decide what drink I wanted and I landed on the hummingbird smoothie, one of the nicest smoothies I have ever had and I am a bit of a smoothie fanatic. Every café I go to, I always try their French Toast to see who has the best and it’s safe to say, this was the nicest breakfast I have had in a very long time, the staff were really nice and friendly, very welcoming and for my first time in Clare, it was great to see such friendly people. The price is very reasonable, we ordered quite a bit (even got some more to takeaway). 10/10 for everything, I will definitely be back! - Eoin, Wexford.

Amazing food! We stopped here by chance today and were pleasantly surprised to learn of their vegan options available. Staff were so friendly and efficient. A gorgeous little cafe. Will definitely be back.

Have eaten here a good few times and really love it, our little treat on a Saturday. Absolutely lovely smoothies & love the iced latte. The food is delicious too
